MONDAY – Iron Core a series of core-defying exercises incorporating a medium dumbbell
TUESDAY – Leg Day a combination of traditional Pilates exercises along with traditional fitness exercises to give you an amazing lower body workout!
WEDNESDAY – PiYo one of my all-time favorite classes, featuring the best of both worlds…Pilates and Yoga
THURSDAY – Glutes to the Core did you know the Glutes are part of the Powerhouse? This is a heart-pumping class to target the entire length of your core.
FRIDAY – Pure Core traditional Pilates exercises – no equipment needed!
SATURDAY – Join our 1-hr class in-person or ONLINE!
SUNDAY – Glow and Flow a stretch flow combined with foam rolling exercises!
What to expect?
I worked really hard to create 6 unique classes, utilizing my classic Pilates training, along with tried and true fitness moves. I filmed classes in my home gym! While my classes are not professionally filmed, they ARE filmed with a ton of thought and LOVE.
Two days of Higher Intensity. Tuesday and Thursday classes will provide some extra cardio:) Working the lower body and the quick succession of movements will keep your heart rate up!
I was VERY sore after filming, so I can tell you these classes are legit! But also very easy to modify as needed.
FLOW! I am not a fan of repeating moves over and over. Each one of my classes flows from one move to the next, keeping your body and mind guessing.
What do I need?
I use a variety of props, but each one is optional. All of the moves can be done without resistance. I also provide other ideas if you do not have the props handy.
Optional Props Include:
Medium Dumbbells – I recommend anywhere from 5 to 15 lbs. You may want to increase the weight as you get stronger.
Resistance Loops – BODi has a great inexpensive pack of loops – which I use in the videos. You can also buy them at Target or Walmart. I suggest getting the rubber stretchy loops as opposed to the cloth variety.
Yoga Block – A great tool to have on hand to help bring the floor closer to you!
Foam Roller – This is a great investment. BODi has a great quality foam roller, but you can also buy one at Target or Walmart.
