Lately, I have been thinking a lot about energy and direction. Movement, fresh air, nature, silence, journaling, green vegetables, hydration and consistent sleep are my energy givers. When I keep these things in check, I feel a centered. My inner light feels peaceful and vibrant.
What nourishes your spirit? What strengthens your vibration? How can I help? I asked this question to my online group last week. Movement seemed to prevail as our common thread. Many said they would love more Yoga. Others said they would love some quick and effective workout options.
